Fully In-House Capabilities Across The Entire Value Chain—From Mold Making And Extrusion To Precision Machining—Custom Aluminum Profiles Have Arrived.

Time to get to work.

It’s a busy scene at our workshop entrance today; a shipment of raw aluminum profiles—custom-made for clients—has just arrived, and the team is hard at work unloading. Bundles of silvery-white profiles are stacked neatly, gleaming with that distinctive metallic luster under the sunlight. Honestly, seeing this gives me a real sense of reassurance—having the materials on-site means the client's order has taken a major step forward.

These aren't off-the-shelf standard parts you can just pick up anywhere; they feature non-standard cross-sections created through custom mold making and extrusion based on specific product requirements. From mold design and fabrication to heating the aluminum billets and extruding them into shape, the entire process is handled in-house at our own factory.

So, what exactly is our core business? It breaks down into four key stages:

Step 1: Mold Making

Client products vary wildly in design; when standard profiles won't fit, a custom mold is required. Our experienced mold design team analyzes the client's structural requirements and load-bearing needs to design an optimal cross-section before scheduling mold fabrication. This step determines the smooth flow of all subsequent processes.

Step 2: Extrusion

Once the mold is ready, the heated aluminum billet is loaded into the extrusion press and forced through the die to create the desired profile shape. It’s a bit like squeezing toothpaste, but precise control over temperature and speed is critical; otherwise, the profile dimensions might be off or the surface uneven. Our in-house extrusion lines ensure stable, precise control, resulting in profiles that meet all specifications for straightness and wall thickness.

Step 3: CNC Precision Machining

The extruded profiles are essentially "blanks"—they have the right shape, but dimensional accuracy, mounting holes, and mating surfaces still require refinement. Our CNC machining centers perform a series of precision operations—including milling, drilling, tapping, and boring—to ensure every dimension is spot-on. Whether it’s a small-batch prototype run of a few dozen pieces or mass production of thousands, we guarantee consistent machining accuracy.

Step 4: Surface Treatment

The machined aluminum parts are initially just "semi-finished products"; they may retain tool marks or burrs and possess a raw metallic finish that lacks both aesthetic appeal and durability. Our surface treatment line offers a range of processes—such as sandblasting, anodizing, brushing, and mirror polishing—to ensure the products look great while offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Furthermore, because we handle anodizing in-house rather than outsourcing it, we can better guarantee both delivery schedules and quality. We also provide other surface treatments, including powder coating, electroplating, and spray painting.

These four steps combine to form our core business: custom precision machining based on client specifications. When a client provides a requirement or a drawing, we manage the entire process from scratch—developing specialized molds based on the cross-sectional shape, extruding the profiles, and then performing the subsequent precision machining and surface treatment. We handle everything from mold creation to the finished product, eliminating the need for the client to coordinate with third parties. You deal with a single point of contact to get everything done; we turn your drawings into tangible, finished products.

Returning to the batch of materials at hand: the stock has arrived and the production schedule is set. Now, it is time for the experts in our CNC workshop to showcase their skills. Every milling cut and every hole location is executed in strict accordance with the drawings, ensuring that every part delivered to the client stands up to rigorous inspection.

In the machining industry, it all comes down to one thing: reliability. Materials arrive on time, machining is executed steadily, delivery is punctual, and quality is exceptional. This is the standard we set for ourselves and the promise we make to every client.
