What are the options for custom aluminum alloy handles?

Mainly use high-strength aluminum alloy (such as 6061, 6063, etc.), taking into account lightweight and durability. Aviation-grade aluminum (such as 7075) can be used for special scenes, suitable for extreme environments (high temperature, high humidity, corrosive environment).

What sizes and shapes can be customized?

Supports free customization of length, width, and thickness. Provide conventional straight bar, arc, special shape (hollow, wavy, etc.) design, support 3D drawings or physical sample reproduction.

What are the corrosion and high temperature resistance performance?

Corrosion resistance: passed the salt spray test (≥500 hours), suitable for high humidity and high salt environments such as coastal areas and laboratories.

High temperature resistance: conventional models can withstand -20℃~150℃, and special coating models can be increased to 200℃ (such as oven handles)

Is the installation method flexible? What equipment is it suitable for?

Installation method: supports screw fixing, embedded buckle, and adhesive pasting (lightweight scenarios).

Applicable equipment: household disinfection cabinets, ovens, cabinet drawers; commercial industrial equipment control cabinets, medical disinfection equipment, cold chain cabinets; special scenarios: explosion-proof cabinets, outdoor chassis (weather resistance treatment is required).

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? How long is the delivery cycle?

The MOQ is usually 100 pieces, and small batch customization can be negotiated (additional proofing fee is required).

Delivery cycle: 7-15 days for conventional orders, and complex processes (such as electrophoresis and laser engraving) need to be extended to 25 days.

Are samples provided? How to confirm the design?

Samples can be provided. Before formal production, we will make samples for you first, so that you can confirm whether the design and quality meet the requirements. However, a certain sample fee is required, which can be deducted from the payment after the order is confirmed.

Design confirmation: Provide 3D drawings, physical samples or video demonstrations, and support multiple modifications until you are satisfied.
