Processing Technology and Technical Advantages
Fully Digital Manufacturing Process: Using CAD/CAM software for modeling and programming, achieving seamless conversion from drawings to finished products. Equipped with five-axis linkage CNC machining centers, Swiss-type sliding headstock machines, and turning-milling composite equipment, we can complete precision machining of complex structures with multiple angles and curved surfaces in a single setup, reducing secondary clamping errors.
Precision and Quality Control: Conventional machining accuracy can reach ±0.01mm, and the highest accuracy can reach ±0.002mm. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) is implemented throughout the process, with self-inspection at each stage, and finally, a full-dimensional report verification is performed in the precision measurement room using CMMs, profile projectors, optical projectors, and other equipment.
Comprehensive Post-Processing Capabilities: We provide surface treatments such as anodizing, hard anodizing, electroplating, passivation, sandblasting, polishing, and laser engraving. Heat treatment (quenching, tempering) and vacuum heat treatment can be performed as needed to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the parts.

Q1: What are your minimum machining accuracy and maximum machining size range?
A: Our regular accuracy can be stably controlled within ±0.01mm, and the highest accuracy can reach ±0.002mm depending on the equipment and process. The maximum machining size depends on the specific equipment; generally, turning parts can reach a diameter of Φ300mm, and milling parts can reach 6000×550×500mm. Please inquire for larger size requirements.
Q2: How do you ensure the consistency of batch orders?
A: We use standardized processing procedures and a fixed tool library. The first piece is fully inspected and the process parameters are locked after confirmation of qualification. During the production process, we conduct regular sampling inspections and maintain quality records for each batch to ensure the dimensional and performance stability of the entire batch of parts.
Q3: Can you provide assembly or component processing services?
A: Yes. In addition to producing individual parts, we can also process, assemble, and debug multiple parts according to the assembly drawings you provide, and provide a comprehensive test report, delivering ready-to-use components or modules.
Q4: How long does it take from receiving the drawings to obtaining samples?
A: For parts of conventional complexity, we can provide the first sample within 3-7 working days after receiving the complete drawings and materials (the specific time depends on the complexity of the part and the current production schedule). We have an expedited service channel; urgent prototyping can be prioritized.
