Processing technology: precision casting (low pressure/high pressure casting) + CNC five-axis linkage processing, tolerance accuracy ±0.02mm.

Surface treatment: micro-arc oxidation (MAO), hard anodizing (HAO), T6 heat treatment, surface hardness can reach HV200-350.
