Q1: Will aluminum alloy clips scratch the plastic installation holes?

A: The snap-on hook adopts the R-corner polishing process (Ra≤0.8μm), and the hardness of the surface oxide layer is higher than that of plastic, ensuring smooth installation without damaging the base material.

Q2: Is the cost too high compared to plastic clips?

A: The unit cost is slightly higher, but the lifespan is extended by more than five times, reducing the cost of after-sales replacement and offering better long-term cost performance.

Q3: Can it withstand the high-temperature environment in the engine compartment?

A: The base material can withstand temperatures up to 150℃. The micro-arc oxide layer on the surface can block thermal radiation. It is measured that the clamping force does not decline at 120℃.

Q4: Does surface treatment affect electrical conductivity?

A: Standard anodizing is used as an insulating layer. If conductivity is required, chemical conductive oxidation can be selected or local untreated areas can be retained.

Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
