In-house anodizing with controlled color variability: We have our own in-house anodizing surface treatment workshop, breaking the "black box" of outsourced production. Through standardized chemical solution ratios, current, voltage, and time control, we achieve extremely low batch-to-batch color variability (ΔE < 1), effectively addressing color variability issues when assembling multiple components. We offer a complete, one-stop production process, from raw materials to finished product, including turning, milling, drilling, tapping, anodizing, and quality inspection.
