Precision CNC Processing

Four-axis and five-axis linkage CNC processing accuracy reaches ±0.01mm, supporting complex curved surfaces, multi-hole positions and thin-walled structure design to ensure that the dashboard is perfectly adapted to the terminal equipment.

High-strength and lightweight material

Adopting aviation-grade aluminum alloys such as 6061-T6 and 7075-T651, the weight is 50% lighter than traditional steel, and the static load-bearing capacity is more than 150kg, taking into account both strength and portability.

Multifunctional anodizing treatment

Provide matte, glossy, and colored (black/gray/gold, etc.) anodizing processes, film thickness 10-25μm, hardness HV400+, corrosion resistance through 1000 hours of salt spray test, optional anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coating.

A: Use high-precision fixtures and online detection systems, the hole position error is ≤0.05mm, and provide a test report.

Q: Does it support conductive oxidation treatment?
