The density is only 2.7-2.8g/cm³, which is 40%-60% lighter than that of steel. The tensile strength is ≥310MPa (6061-T6) /570MPa (7075-T6).

The specific strength (strength-to-density ratio) far exceeds that of ordinary metals, making it suitable for the trend of lightweight design.

Precision machining and complex forming

CNC machining + laser cutting, tolerance control ±0.05mm, supports one-piece forming of curved surfaces, hollowed-out and irregular structures.

The surface roughness Ra is ≤0.8μm, meeting the requirements of high-precision assembly.

Corrosion resistance and environmental resistance

Anodic oxidation/micro-arc oxidation treatment, salt spray resistance test ≥2000 hours (ASTM B117), suitable for humid, acidic and alkaline environments.

The operating temperature range is -50℃ to +150℃, and the strength retention rate at high temperatures is ≥85%.
