CNC process: Adopts a five-axis linkage machining center, suitable for small-batch customization and complex structures (such as thin-walled deep cavities/special-shaped curved surfaces), and uses 6061-T6/7075-T6 as the material, with an accuracy of ±0.01mm, meeting military-grade heat dissipation and IP68 protection requirements.

Die-casting process: Based on 2800T die-casting machine + vacuum-assisted technology, mass production of ADC12/A380 aluminum alloy housings achieves low-cost and high-efficiency production, with a minimum wall thickness of 1.2mm and a daily production capacity of over 5,000 pieces, suitable for rapid delivery of standardized products.
