One-Stop Aluminum Product Manufacturer: Mold Design / Aluminum Extrusion / CNC Machining / Anodizing — Dongguan Tongtoo Aluminum Products
In the realm of custom industrial aluminum products and OEM/ODM manufacturing, most procurement and engineering teams face a common dilemma: fragmented processes, a multitude of suppliers, inconsistent quality, and uncontrollable delivery schedules. Conventional aluminum processing typically requires coordinating separately with mold factories, aluminum extrusion plants, CNC precision machining workshops, anodizing surface treatment facilities, and packaging/shipping centers. This multi-stage outsourcing approach not only incurs high communication costs and low coordination efficiency but also makes it highly susceptible to issues such as dimensional deviations, surface defects, batch-to-batch color variations, and post-sales accountability disputes—all of which severely hinder mass production progress and compromise final product quality.
1. In-House Mold Design and Development: Precisely Matching Custom Requirements
Dongguan Tengtu Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. is a robust, one-stop manufacturer of aluminum products, boasting a comprehensive, full-chain production base. We cover the entire process spectrum: mold design and development, aluminum profile extrusion, precision CNC machining, in-house anodizing, and standardized packaging and shipping of finished goods. We have abandoned the industry's fragmented processing model; instead, we execute and control all core processes in-house. This enables us to provide domestic and international clients with efficient, stable, and hassle-free integrated OEM/ODM solutions for aluminum products.
2. Aluminum Profile Extrusion: Stable Mass Production Across Diverse Materials and Specifications
Our team possesses extensive experience in developing non-standard molds, allowing us to optimize mold structures in advance. This effectively preempts common issues such as profile deformation, uneven wall thickness, extrusion defects, and insufficient machining allowances, thereby significantly enhancing subsequent processing precision and the final product pass rate. Furthermore, we support the customization of new molds, the repair of existing molds, and mold optimization—perfectly catering to the small-to-large batch production needs of complex-shaped profiles, precision structural components, and non-standard industrial aluminum products. This establishes a solid foundation for high-quality production throughout the entire manufacturing workflow.
Molds constitute the core of aluminum product formation and serve as the primary prerequisite for ensuring batch-to-batch precision. As a specialized aluminum processing manufacturer, Tengtu Aluminum Products is equipped with a professional mold design team and advanced mold processing equipment. We are capable of custom-developing a wide variety of extrusion molds for aluminum profiles and precision forming molds for aluminum components, tailored precisely to client drawings, samples, intended application scenarios, and specific process requirements.

3. Extrusion
Extrusion is the initial forming process. Aluminum billets (typically grades such as 6063, 6061, and 6005), heated to temperatures between 400°C and 500°C, are fed into an extrusion press and forced through a die to produce continuous profiles.
All extruded raw profiles undergo an initial inspection and screening process to eliminate defective items—such as those exhibiting porosity, scratches, deformation, or impurities—thereby ensuring base material quality at the source. This provides high-quality raw materials for subsequent CNC precision machining and anodizing surface treatments, effectively minimizing the likelihood of rework or scrap in later stages.
The company operates its own large-scale aluminum profile extrusion production lines, capable of processing common industrial aluminum alloys such as 6061, 6063, 7075, and 3003. Our product range encompasses a wide variety of extruded items, including custom-shaped profiles, solid bars, tubing, enclosures, brackets, and precision aluminum substrates.
Different press tonnages are utilized for different product types. Tengtu Aluminum’s extrusion workshop is currently equipped with the following machinery:
600–800 Tons: Used for small-cross-section decorative trims, heat sinks, and electronic enclosure profiles, with a maximum circumscribing circle (CCD) of ≤80 mm. 1,000–1,800 Tons: Used to produce standard door and window frames, assembly line guide rails, and lighting profiles, with a CCD ranging from 100 mm to 180 mm. 2,000–3,600 Tons: Used to process automotive crash beams, photovoltaic frames, industrial motor housings, and elevator guide rails, with a CCD ranging from 200 mm to 300 mm.
4,000–5,500 Tons: Used for large-scale architectural curtain walls, rail transit components, and truck bed profiles, with a CCD ranging from 300 mm to 450 mm.
Leveraging our mature extrusion techniques and standardized production workflows, we are able to precisely control profile flatness, wall thickness accuracy, and structural toughness. Our forming process is highly stable with tightly controlled tolerances, allowing us to efficiently handle both small-batch prototyping and large-scale mass production orders.
4. High-Precision Custom CNC Machining: Meeting the Rigorous Process Requirements for Precision Aluminum Components
To address the demand for precision, complex geometries, and structural processing in aluminum products, our facility is equipped with multiple high-precision CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, precision milling machines, precision grinders, and other advanced finishing equipment. We offer comprehensive, custom CNC machining services for a wide range of aluminum products. Our capabilities cover the entire finishing process—including drilling, tapping, slot milling, chamfering, turning, polishing, deburring, and complex profile cutting—while strictly controlling dimensional tolerances to ensure flat cut surfaces, absence of burrs or scratches, and precise dimensions.
Extruded profiles often serve merely as "long, raw blanks." The creation of actual mounting holes, positioning slots, stepped surfaces, and complex contours relies entirely on CNC machining. The number of axes determines the scope of machining capabilities.
3-Axis CNC: The mainstay of our workshop operations, capable of performing drilling, tapping, side milling, and face milling. This covers over 90% of all aluminum alloy parts (including frames, cover plates, brackets, and heat sinks).
4-Axis Machining Center: Features an additional rotary axis, allowing for the simultaneous machining of multiple surfaces in a single setup. This is ideal for parts requiring angled holes or curved slots (such as automotive suspension arms and valve bodies).
5-Axis Machining Center: Designed for machining complex curved surfaces and parts with intricate geometries (such as drone arms, medical bed components, and thin-walled parts); deployed as needed for specific projects.
Key Capability: All tooling and fixtures—including specialized pneumatic fixtures for aluminum profiles, vacuum chucks, and custom soft jaws—are designed in-house. This ensures that long profiles remain free of vibration and deformation during the machining process.
5. In-House Anodizing Facility: Independent Control for Consistent Surface Treatment Quality
Anodizing is a critical process for enhancing the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appeal of aluminum products—yet it remains a weak link for many processing plants within the industry. Tengtu Aluminum Products operates its own independent anodizing workshop, eliminating the need to outsource this stage of production. We maintain full in-house control over a wide range of surface treatment processes, including natural-color anodizing, colored anodizing, hard anodizing, sandblasted finishes, and brushed finishes.
The anodizing line represents the single largest investment within our entire production workflow and constitutes the most technically challenging stage to maintain process stability. A complete anodizing line comprises multiple processing stations, including degreasing, alkaline etching, neutralization, anodizing, coloring, sealing, and drying. The length of the anodizing line is directly correlated with its production capacity.
Tengtu operates two fully automated anodizing lines:
Line 1 (3-meter anodizing tanks): Processes small consumer electronics components (such as mobile phone cases, watch cases, and camera bezels). Line 2 (7-meter anodizing tanks): Processes medium-sized heat sinks, automotive interior components, architectural profiles, photovoltaic frames, and industrial guide rails.
Additionally, we maintain a 9-meter hard anodizing pilot line (featuring 9-meter tanks), dedicated to processing extra-long curtain wall profiles and rail transit components.
Sealing Methods: We offer a dual-process option featuring both high-temperature pure water sealing and cold sealing (nickel fluoride).
Hard Anodizing: Production is conducted in low-temperature tanks (0–5°C), yielding a film thickness of 30–100μm and a hardness of 300–500 HV.
Typical Film Thickness: 10–25μm for general industrial components; ≥15μm for architectural profiles; and customized to client specifications for hard anodizing applications.
Our products are widely utilized in high-end applications, including aluminum components for new energy systems, smart home devices, industrial equipment profiles, precision electronic assemblies, and medical instrumentation. With our in-house CNC workshop, we can flexibly accommodate urgent orders and design modifications. Our autonomous production scheduling allows us to significantly shorten lead times—compared to outsourced processing—while ensuring consistent dimensional precision across mass-produced batches.
Our anodizing process is mature and highly stable, producing a uniform, robust coating characterized by strong adhesion that resists peeling and fading. This process not only effectively enhances the corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and wear protection of aluminum components but also fulfills diverse client requirements regarding aesthetics—including specific color schemes, matte finishes, high-gloss finishes, and textured surfaces. By maintaining full in-house control over the anodizing process, we effectively eliminate common pain points associated with outsourcing—such as color inconsistencies, uneven film thickness, surface contamination, and delivery delays—thereby ensuring rigorous control over both product quality and delivery schedules.
6. Standardized Packaging and Shipment: One-Stop Delivery Service
To ensure the safe and intact delivery of finished products, we have established a standardized workflow for sorting, quality inspection, and packaging. For aluminum products of varying specifications and manufacturing processes, we implement customized protective packaging solutions. Through a multi-layered defense system—utilizing bubble wrap, EPE foam, waterproof films, and shock-absorbing cartons—we effectively eliminate issues such as bumps, scratches, deformation, and moisture damage during transit.
