What information do I need to provide for custom aluminum alloy shells?

You need to provide the 3D design drawings of the shell, size requirements (length/width/height/wall thickness), interface types (such as Type-C, USB-A, etc., quantity and location), surface treatment process requirements (such as anodizing color, laser engraving content) and relevant certification requirements (such as CE, RoHS, etc.). If there is no design drawing, we can provide professional design support.

Do you support small batch customization? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Small batch customization is supported, and the MOQ is usually 100-500 pieces (adjusted according to the complexity of the design), which can flexibly meet the needs of start-up brands or test markets.

I have my own appearance design drawings, can you customize it according to this?

Yes, we have a professional team that can evaluate and produce according to the design drawings you provide to ensure that the final product meets your design requirements. If there are some areas that need to be optimized in the drawings, we will also communicate with you and provide professional suggestions.

How is the price of customization calculated?

The price is mainly determined by factors such as raw material cost, processing technology cost (such as casting, machining, surface treatment, etc.), mold cost (if mold opening is required), order quantity, etc. You can provide detailed customization requirements and we will provide you with an accurate quotation. Generally speaking, the larger the order quantity, the lower the unit price will be.

If I need to customize again in the future, do I need to re-open the mold?

If the subsequent customized product is exactly the same as the previous design and specifications, it is generally not necessary to re-open the mold. However, if there are major design changes, it may be necessary to re-evaluate and decide whether to open the mold, and the mold opening fee will also depend on the specific situation.
